Clarity, Confidence and Connection Workshop

In this 2 hour introductory workshop, you will learn confidence building tools that are simple and easy to use every day. You will guided to dive deep into your inner knowing and connect with your authentic self so that you can start charting your own course to a life of clarity, confidence and connection.

In the 6 week course that follows, you will be given 1 exercise to do each week that is centered around the topic of the week and a connected with a specific goal you have set for yourself. In order to build connection and to support each other, when you sign up for the 6 week course, you will be given a workbook full of worksheets, writing prompts and tools and you will be invited to join our private Facebook Group, exclusive to those who are currently enrolled in the program.
