My intimacy coaching sessions were designed with you in mind.
Your second chakra, or sexual/pelvic center, is the root source of your financial, sexual, creative, and emotional life. It holds enormous power from bringing forth life to pleasure far beyond imagination. It’s also holding centuries of trauma… cultural, personal, and ancestral. I offer you a healing practice that allows you to release trauma and wounding gently, safely, and quickly, without needing to re-experience it or talk about it. Intimacy coaching is for individuals as well as couples who want to grow in their intimacy with each other. In your sessions, we will explore the power of presence, consent and vulnerability. I work with all genders and currently host workshops for women only. Watch for couples workshops coming in 2022.

Sandra Rose and I have collaborated to bring a women's weekend workshop for 9-15 women to come together and deepen our connection to ourselves, our worthiness, and explore our capacity to offer and receive presence from one another. We will journey on the path of learning and experience each of the 3 roles (receiver, facilitator, and witness) in a Sacred Sexual Awakening & Healing® Session and expand our self awareness, our voice, and our aliveness.
More about the AH Practice®:
Receive “emotional midwifery” through gentle heart centered physical, spiritual, and emotional presence at multiple energy centers of the body while maintaining consistent and grounded eye contact & notice what blockages and unprocessed sensations may be ready to bubble up and be liberated; allowing for whole person healing to happen.
It isn’t necessary to verbally share your experience, nor re-live traumas.
Find relaxation, breath, and trust in your body and the process; open to receive heartfelt presence and the body will do the letting go it needs to, finding peace in homeostasis.
Free up energy in your body to live more fully.
This practice can enhance joy, creativity, and passion as well as improve the connection with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Our Sacred Sexuality informational sessions are hosted by myself and Sandra Rose, Sacred Sexual Awakening & Healing® (the AH Practice®) Certified Practitioner. The info session will provide a readily accessible introduction to and demonstration of the AH Practice, our unique stories and our related work.
Through this tool, we are able to liberate blocked energy centers, access vital life force, and awaken creative juices! Come experience our energy and facilitation style and see if this practice may be a fit for where you are on your personal growth journey.

Sandra and I studied together with Amrita at the Sacred Feminine Mystery School® from July, 2019 through the present. Sandra has met the rigorous requirements for certification in working one-on-one with people in the fully-clothed work.
In 2017 she trained at Kripalu with Toni Bergins Mod 1 & Mod 2 to become JourneyDance™ Guide and plans to take Mod 3 in Oct 2021.
Sandra currently specializes in working with women to navigate the emotional and energetic imprints of the prenatal, child-birth, and perinatal period, as well as other womb, vaginal, and pelvic related experiences. Any experience of violation (misaligned with our higher knowing) that hasn't yet been fully processed emotionally & energetically can benefit from a session. She brings gentleness, openness, and radical acceptance.
Sandra is a mother of 3, diagnosed with vulvodynia (chronic nerve pain) in her late teens, and is no stranger to pain. Yet, thanks to the path of her inner work, therapy, her Buddhist practice, Parenting for Wholeness, JourneyDance™, and the AH Practice®, Sandra declares that she is also no stranger to pleasure & bliss!
After your payment is complete, you can expect to receive a registration form via email. The application process to register for the workshop is to help ensure we are confident in our capacity to meet the needs of our participants. If you have reservations about answering any questions you can let us know.
After we have received your payment and your registration form, we might follow up with questions and request a phone conversation., after which you will be notified of a decision about your attendance. If we are not able to accommodate you for this workshop, your payment will be refunded.
