I bring years full of experiences including, but not limited to overcoming addiction, winning a battle with breast cancer, losing my mom to cancer, changing careers, raising 2 daughters, and essentially finding my own way of navigating this challenging world. I use my personal stories and interactive activities filled with excitement, emotion, and fun. I tell it like it is in a straight forward, simple, and compassionate way that inspires people to be more accepting of themselves and each other. My goal is to deliver powerful and heart touching content to each person in your audience.
I have helped women from all walks of life achieve big dreams with exciting outcomes, so I know that change is possible. The one constant I have found in everyone I have coached is that we all achieve more when we are achieving together. I have been an advocate for women empowerment for over 15 years and I believe in the power of women helping other women to be the best they can be.
